• Periodic reports: For alcohol with an alcohol content of 5.5 degrees or more, a business situation report must be submitted to the licensing authority before January 20 of each year.
• Wine under 5.5 degrees alcohol: For alcohol with an alcohol content of less than 5.5 degrees, a retail alcohol license is not required but must comply with food safety regulations and register with the Economic Department or the Economic and Infrastructure Department of the District People's Committee.
