The People's Committee of the province also has the right to delegate the task to local specialized agencies.<\/span><\/p>\n=> This creates initiative for localities, reduces pressure on centralization on the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, in line with the decentralization policy, helping to handle faster in reality multi-industry, multi-location enterprises.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/span>Submitting Application for Work Permit and Criminal Record Online \u2013 Optimizing Procedures<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\nEnterprises can now submit applications for work permits and criminal records at the same time on the National Public Service Portal.
